Sunday, July 11th - 1pm-5pm - Props Production in Preparation for the RNC

Stop by the potluck BBQ this sunday and check out the artworks that are being prepared for the RNC. If you’ve got an idea, this is the place to mobilize others to help make it happen. This week the folks from the noRNC Poster Project will be making use of the space and materials and their new poster book will be featured on display in the gallery window. There are, as well, many other great pieces that people are developing. Come grill, build, craft, and help plot and scheme our next steps things are brewing!Check out the link to view the pic of the last featured arts group.

On-site materials include:
paints, foam core, projector, sewing machine, fun fur, fabric, wood, cardboard, saw, heat gun, magazines (collages), TV/VCR, sundry supplies, hot dog buns, condiments, pickles

Materials wish-list:
craft materials: glitter, sequins, buttons, etc, more fabric, costumes/masks, DVD player, laser printer, card tables, foldable chairs, brushes, drill/tools, hamburger buns, veggie burgers/dogs, chips, fixin’s, beer
